How Does Evaporative Cooling work?

Evaporative Cooling uses the fresh air system. Warm air is drawn from outside your home through a water moistened filter that cools and cleans the air. The fresh cool air is then circulated, forcing stale air out through open doors and windows. For this reason doors and windows must remain open when running. The house never becomes stuffy because the air is never re-circulated.

It is a very cost effective alternative for cooling a whole house: low running and installation costs, reasonable purchase price, low noise and low greenhouse gas emissions.
